Finding Anything On An Online Business Directory
What is a business directory and why do people need to have easy access to them? A business directory is a specialised listing mainly consisting of information about businesses. Both consumers and other businesses are likely to find a company much easily through a business directory and better yet, if the business directory is online.
Some business directories carry information about companies and organisations in alphabetical classification, which means, if you are looking for an electrical equipment manufacturer, you should find a suitable company under the letter ‘E’. Other business directories list company information according to the service type, such as home appliances, electronics, financial & legal services, business services, cars and automotive, shopping, transport etc.
Even business directories have taken to the new trend now, with the majority of directories presenting their listings online for free or for a nominal charge. The online business directories charging a fee for their listings generally offer the same services as a free directory, but the difference is usually dependent on who publishes the directory.
The free online business directories make money through their sponsors’ advertising and all they ask for in return from the businesses they list are for exchanged links. Link exchanging means, the directory’s visitors also visit the relevant business website, while the visitors on the specific business website also visitsthe directory. This is a medium of generating web traffic for both parties by mutual agreement.
There are a few business directories offering more than simple listing services, including features such as job advertising, picture galleries and a dedicated web page for the listed business. These are optional services and any business owner who wishes to use the directory for multiple purposes can take advantage of the offers. The majority of business directories charge for these services, but some directories provide all such services for free.
A listing can be submitted to these online business directories within a few minutes. You’ll have to give comprehensive information about your business, such as name, registration, telephone, address, email etc.
A business listing is generally brief, with more information found either by following a web link to the company’s main website or the web page they use within the directory. Once a listing is submitted, any visitor to the directory can navigate via its main page index links to find your business easily.
Most business directories, regardless of whether they are online or offline, focus on furnishing the information on businesses located within a predefined area. The directories are based on cities, provinces, districts, neighbourhoods, states etc and rarely for country-wide businesses or international-level listings, especially those available online.

How to Make Money with Private Label Rights
What are private label rights? These are rights that a person gains to a particular product.
One might wonder at the difference between private label rights and product resell rights. With product resell rights, a person obtains the right to resell the product as is, without changing its form, design or name.
On the other hand, if you have a private label right to a particular product, you would gain the right to modify or change an original product, create your own specifications, apply modifications then claim it as your own original product.
E-books, software, articles and other written, raw material are just some examples of products where you can obtain private label rights.
Take an -book, for example. If an author of an e-book would give you private label rights about “Cellular Phone Technology”, you can modify the content to tackle the latest developments about this ever-changing technology.
You can add features and create helpful sub-topics that would best fit the current trends in cellular technology.
After the modifications, you can claim rights to the e-book that you modified.
The idea may have been copied or bought, but you get to have the rights to resell the “new” product resulting from the one that was modified.
‘New versus modified’
In a basic business course, you are taught to develop an original product which will “sell” to a particular market.
You have learned that an original design and functionality will pave the way towards introducing a great new invention in the market.
However, developing and manufacturing your own product is quite a tedious process.
The good thing is that once you have an output, you can profit from your original product by several ways.
First, you can sell the rights for business owners to resell your products without any modifications whatsoever.
You can also build a web site for your product and get other related web sites to advertise your products for you.
Once you find that your product is not anymore at par with the current technological standards and it does not meet the consumer’s needs, then you can modify it.
The resulting product with the new modifications will again earn you the rights to resell that new product. The possibilities are endless once you have developed a product of your own.
Now, take a look at the advantages of a modified product as a result of gaining private label rights.
First, this is the easiest way to build a business if you do not have the time to develop your own product. Gaining private label rights would make it “legal” for you to re-use an original product content without having to worry about infringements on intellectual property rights.
This principle mostly applies to written and electronic material such as e-books, articles, even source codes.
Second, you can use your creativity to modify an existing product and make it your own.
If you put together ten articles about a common theme, modify them a bit to come up with one basic idea, you would have a resulting product which is more comprehensive than the original material. This is better as compared to just combining two articles with the same idea and packaging them individually.
You can also use an original material or text and use the private label rights that you obtained to develop a web site about the same topic.
There are hundreds of possibilities about how you can earn money with the use of private label rights. Affiliate sites and other web sites offering private label rights would make modifications seem effortless.
This area of Internet marketing shows such potential that many online businesses are grabbing the opportunity.
All you have to do is find the right material to work with and you can have an instant product to work with. Just change the graphics, modify the text and you are good to go.
The great thing about this is that you can re-package the material and present them to buyers in any way that you would like.Additionally, you get the glory of the byline since you can put your name on
the printed or electronic material because the product is yours to claim now.
With a little creativity, resourcefulness and effort, you can earn hundreds of dollars by using private label rights to come up with original products that you can distribute to your target market.
With this, the difficulties of conceptualizing and manufacturing an original product will be eliminated, yet yield almost the same results when it comes to profit.

How To Profit with Private Label Rights
Would you believe a person if they told you that it was possible to take another person’s work, change it anyway you please and call the edited material yours?
What if that person also told you that besides being able to do so, you could actually profit from that work and not be liable for any copyright infringement?
If you haven’t heard of private label rights, then most likely you’d think they were pulling your leg. But all the above are true if you are able secure these rights.
But what are private label rights?
To understand why private label rights are so special, you need to know about resale and master resale first.
Resale rights are simply permission from the owner of a work (a book, for example) to allow you to take the said material and distribute it for your own profit.
Master resale rights take it a step further and allow you to sell the resale rights to the work. The reason why it is called master resale rights is because it covers a large set of permissible actions to the person who acquires those rights.
Experts would tell you that to get the most of your purchasing of master resale rights, the following list of actions should allow you to:
1. give the material away unaltered
2. combine the material with others
3. give the material away as a bonus item
4. use the material a content for websites
5. divide the product into separate articles
6. put the rights for the material or the material itself up for auction
7. provide the material as content for paid membership sites
8. sell resale rights for the material
9. change or alter the material
Buying the whole set of these rights are great but it can cost you. But there is a way to get almost all of these actions and not have to pay as much for master resale rights IF you acquire just the right to change or alter the material, which is exactly what private label rights are.
With these set of rights, you are given permission to change another person’s work. By altering the material, you have made the work your own which then allows you to profit from the material anyway you intend to.
Let’s say you were able to acquire private label rights for a particular ebook. What can you do?
For starters, you can break up the book into separate chapters and then sell these as articles. On the other hand, if you were able to acquire private label rights for a set of articles, you could combine them and package it as a book, which you then can sell.
You can change the material’s content by adding or removing details. You can also add pictures or illustrations as well as other media like sound or video clips.
All of these actions are possible but the best part about private label rights is that you are not obligated to mention the original author (or pay them any royalties) for the changes you have done to his or her material. You can claim the material as yours by putting your name as the author of the material.
With these changes, the ways on capitalizing on them are many.
You can come up with a whole new set of products from a single material source. Take an ebook for example. On one hand, you’ve broken up the book to sell them as articles. On the other, you’ve enhanced the book’s content with media to package it as your own work and putting it up for sale on the market.
Acquiring private label rights are great for creating a brand for your business. As you may already know, one of the keys to a successful business is to distinguish yourself from the rest. With private label rights, you can change the material and make it uniquely yours. If your target market likes your material, your market can perceive you as an expert in your line of business, which is something you can really capitalize on as you sell your products or services.
However, it is not only the person who acquires private label rights who stands to benefit from it. It may be difficult to understand at first, but selling private label rights benefits even the original creator.
With the increasing demand for original material to be sold with private label rights, a writer can make good money from his or her work. The incentive is that he or she can command a higher price for the work given the rights that go with the material.
Furthermore, selling the right to change the material any way the buyer wants is actually giving new life to the material. By giving the buyer the freedom to change the content in a number of creative ways, the material’s usability sand relevance is extended.
By compensating the original content creator well; by allowing freedom and flexibility for the purchaser; and by giving the end user a wealth of very useful information, private label rights are by far one of the best things out there in the world of online marketing

Products with Private Label Rights
Entrepreneurs today have lots of options to make money in the Internet. With all the business opportunities available for the picking, marketers have a wide variety of choices when it comes to selecting the perfect business venture for them.
Venturing into private label rights is one of the most proliferating businesses online in the present. Lots of marketers are already making lots of profits it. There are lots of products that marketers can purchase that can be subjected to private label rights.
But first, one must fully understand the concept of the business. What are private label rights?
Basically, it allows potential resellers to purchase a certain product not only to sell it, but also to do whatever it is needed to suit the needs of the target market. The main distinction of private label rights from resell rights is that the latter allows marketers to sell the product, provided that its contents remain intact. Private label rights permit the reseller to modify, change or rearrange the composition of the product to suit the marketer’s needs.
Private label rights are great assets for the marketer. It presents the opportunity for them to own beneficial products without creating them themselves. Perhaps the greatest benefit that can be acquired from private label rights is that it enables a reseller to develop new and unique products from the original ones that they purchased. Resellers then do not have to compete with thousands of other resellers that possess the same original product that they purchased.
What are the products that can be subjected under private label rights?
These materials can include software source codes, graphical files and e-books. Each product has its own advantages and liabilities when it comes to purchasing it under private label rights.
A reseller must have some technical knowledge in order to have source codes compiled into a software product. An average marketer will have to employ the services of a skilled hand for this task, producing a substantial increase in costs and time. The advantage, however, is that those software products have a considerably higher value than e-books and graphical files.
The same thing applies to graphical files. It may also take some technical abilities from the reseller to modify. There are instances that these files are distributed as GIF, JPG or BMP format. Basic modifications can be done by loading these formats using any graphics programs.
Information products such as e-books, reports and articles are very much easy to modify compared to other materials.
What are the modifications that can be applied to these information products?
1. The books can be branded with an unlimited number of contents, affiliate programs, links, and back-end sales
2. The content can be divided and distributed as an e-course through an autoresponder.
3. The content can be placed online and create web sites from it that are chock full of content
It is fairly easy to garner profit from articles and content. Here are five tips:
1.A report can be generated using a group of articles. The report should be offered to customers for free and it should be permitted to be freely distributed
2.An article series can be developed to form an email campaign for autoresponder. The series can be utilized to attract customers to opt-in email lists.
3.The articles can be used as content for the reseller’s own web site. A trick is to rewrite the separate articles to suit the keywords that can give enhancement to Google AdSense revenue.
4.A series of books can be created and repackaged to be sold along with resell rights.
What are the benefits that private label rights produce?
First, private label rights allow resellers to create a variety of unique products from an original source. They can be repackaged to suit the market in mind.
Second, it allows resellers to improve on works that they think is fairly inadequate.
Third, private label rights are the perfect tool for establishing branding for the reseller and the business as a whole, Producing information products attached with private label rights can build the reputation of a reseller.
Fourth, it is not only the purchaser who can gain from private label rights. Creators of the information products can also profit from the venture. They can offer their products at relatively high prices, knowing the amount of demand fetched by their materials.

Private Label Articles - How To Get More Useful Content At Low Cost and Effort
Private label rights (PLR) are one of the hottest things in Internet marketing today. Everyone wants to know what they are and more importantly, what benefits they can get out of it.
In essence, PLR is a kind of license acquired for hardware, which allows you to change and modify existing documents and call it yours. Without having to do much work, you may be credited as the author of the document and not have to worry about all violations of copyright.
Not many people know the PLR articles, and even less why they should pay attention to them. Give yourself the edge and find out why you should know everything you can about PLR and how you can take advantage of them in the most efficient way possible.
1. Saves time and effort.
You probably already know the amount of work and time it takes to write an article. On average, a single word article 700-will take about two hours to compose from scratch. If your intention is to create a Web site with more than 50 pages, then you can see how daunting and time-consuming task of simply write the content will be. PLR articles will save you time and the effort.
2. All credit goes to you.
You are not required to be credited to the original author PLR articles. So when you publish them on your site, no outbound links and advertisements will be on hand to distract your visitors / customers. All links will focus on your brand and your affiliates.
3. Save money.
This requires a different point of saving time and effort simply because of the economy. Hiring writers to create content of the site on average about $ 15 per article. If your site is to organize, even at only 20 items you need to update regularly (eg every two weeks), you can see how the bill could add up.
But if you were to acquire PLR for a series of articles, you may save money because of economies of scale. The items are purchased in bulk and as such, it is possible to get your hands on the 200 items for less than $ 30.
4. Freedom editorial.
You do not like the way the article was written or the information this? PLR lets you change the material immediately without the need to seek permission of the author.
This is also especially useful for optimizing your website for search engines, because you can enrich the content with keyword phrases in order to improve your ranking in the SERPs.
5. Creating a brand for yourself.
Today, it is you apart from the rest. PLR articles allow you to provide content that is both relevant and current. By doing so you build a reputation among your target audience as an expert. And since people would much rather do business with someone they trust, your chances of returning visitors increases significantly.
6. Get professional results.
Many of the authors who offer articles with PLR are professionals and have access to the latest information about your area of interest. By acquiring the rights of the individual, you take advantage of their professional results without having to retain their services regularly.
With a game PLR some articles and creativity on your part, you can extend the lifespan of articles to the point where the content has more than paid for itself. So when a vendor sourcing for PLR articles, request a sample of work to demonstrate the quality of articles you would be buying.
Now that you know why you should seriously consider being PLR articles, here are some ways to help you get started with the advantage of them.
1. Make a list or report.
You can arrange a series of articles of a similar theme and package them as a report or a list of information. While you may think that anyone can do this, you would be surprised at how little of this is done.
Many people do not have time to read or will read several articles at different times. Their providing a simplified version of the information they want will be welcome to offer your visitors. You can either give the report for free, sell it as your own product or use it as content on your website.
2. Use PLR content to create a series of small articles
This is particularly useful in the production of equipment for a campaign by e-mail. A series is by far one of the more effective ways to create a following with your audience.
Give enough to allow them to get an idea of what you have to offer and the allusion to give more the same as if they subscribe to your mailing list. In turn, your emails promoting your site by inviting them to visit on a more regular basis.
3. Producing ebooks.
It is very possible for you to take a series of articles and PLR, with a little ebook, which you can credit as the author.
Since you have created a brand new product that you could repackage and sell it with your own resale rights. Just like you, there are people who are looking for material they can use for their own needs promotion in order to meet this market increasingly, as they are becoming more numerous.
As you can see, using PLR articles are not only effective in the delivery of content really useful. They are also cost-effective and of the workforce, which means that you can focus more of your time on more important matters, whether for business or otherwise.

Private Label Rights E-Books
There are a lot of ways that people can profit from the Internet. E-commerce has flourished grandly and a lot of marketers found themselves earning money more than they ever dream of. One of the means that these marketers utilize for them to rake in the dollars is venturing into private label rights e-books.
First, it is necessary to know what private label rights are.
Basically, private label rights allow persons to market somebody else’s product as their own. The concept is that prospective resellers obtain the rights of a certain product from the person who created it, and then the reseller can do whatever he wants with the product, apply all the modifications that he wants, then sell it to customers, keeping the profit all to himself.
The difference of private label rights to resale rights is that with the latter, marketers can sell the product, but all of its contents should be intact. Private label rights permits the seller to modify, rearrange, alter or enhance the acquired product then sells it.
Among private label products, one of the most profitable is the E-book. In the past, marketers purchase resale rights from an e-book author, and resell the text of the material as it is. This strategy works to the advantage of the authors, because their works can be sold with the content intact, and not being compromised. Plus, many of these e-books contain links to products that the author has interest in. The result is that the seller of the e-book will double as the author’s marketing agent, because in each sale of the book, the affiliate links that it contains are exposed to each customer.
Recently, however, a new kind of resale rights became increasingly popular among marketers. They not only purchase the rights to sell the book, they also obtain the rights to do whatever they want with it, then sell it. Essentially, they edit, modify, rearrange, or change the contents of the books to suit their needs without being held liable. This allows the reseller to create new unique products from the material which is specially designed to suit the customers of the reseller.
Usually, the e-books that are being resold under private label rights are specially commissioned and have ghostwriters as authors. These works are usually basic texts that is geared to a specific market, but they are not the type that will win literary awards or climb bestseller lists. But it does not mean that these books are not worth a lot. Actually, they fill the need of niche markets because they are written specifically for them. They can gain a lot profit if the reseller manages to aim it at the correct target market.
What can a reseller do to maximize a private label e-book that he acquired?
A lot of things, actually. With a little ingenuity, a reseller could end up offering a book to customers that they will not find elsewhere. They do not have to compete with other resellers who have the same product that they are selling. The contents of the book can be changed and modified to suit the target market. Chapters can be rearranged. New sections can be added. An entirely new and eye-catching cover can be created. Titles can be revised. Pictures and illustrations can be included. Even the name of the author can be changed, and after overhauling a whole book, a reseller has already created an entirely new and unique version of the material which customers can appreciate.
Of course, there are protests regarding the idea of allowing marketers to so whatever they want with written materials. There is the possibility that the market will be flooded with books containing different titles but have basically the same content. This can bring about the loss of consumer confidence in the e-book industry. Another disadvantage is that materials that are distributed in this manner will not be as credible as the books that have a known and respected author associated with them. These kinds of scenarios cannot be easily dismissed and requires consideration.
Marketers should see private label e-books as means to explore countless ways to create and maintain profit, and should view it as the beginning of building an Internet business empire.
